ENERGY TESTING & BALANCE, INC. (ET&B, Inc.) is an independent, consulting Professional Engineering firm. providing Enhanced Systems Testing, Adjusting and Balancing and Building Commissioning services since 1979.
As the owner’s representative, we help ensure that you receive a building that provides maximum occupant comfort with the most optimal, economical performance that your system can deliver.
We have extensive experience with institutional/higher education, healthcare, research and K-12 educational facilities.

OUR TEAM
Sonny Vidovic, P.E., MSc, CxA
President
Mr. Vidovic is widely regarded as an expert in the Testing Adjusting and Balancing field. He has been with our firm since 1990. Prior to that he worked in the ship building industry in Europe. With more than 30 years’ experience in mechanical engineering and project management, he perpetuates our founder’s values by delivering consistent quality, with the highest degree of integrity. In addition to providing direction for our firm, he provides design review consulting services, retro commissioning and problem solving for our clients.
Denise Vidovic, CxA
Vice President
Ms Vidovic provides all Operational support to our firm including Contract management and Finance. Additionally, she leads our Commissioning Team, providing both HVAC and LEED Commissioning Services for our clients.
Ms. Vidovic has been with our firm since 2006. Prior to joining our team, she was an Executive Manager in the high tech industry holding management roles in Finance, Sales, Operations, Project Management and Process Improvement related functions.
